It is good to be careful, regular physical activity needs some small considerations:

-  Drink plenty of water all day long

-  Take care of your feet and wear comfortable shoes

-  Measure your glycemia before and after exercise and when possible during. Sports may cause hypoglycemia,thus always have juice or candies with you

-  Stop the exercise immediately if you feel tired
